Manfaat Ekonomi Program PSR, Sudah Mulai Dirasakan Masyarakat Pekebun

Perkembangan program Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) Kabupaten Paser telah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana, dimana program tersebut dimulai pada tahun 2017 sebagai penerima Program PSR pertama di Kabupaten Paser adalah KUD Sawit Jaya, Desa Sawit Jaya Kecamatan Long Ikis. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya hingga pertengahan tahun 2021 ini sudah sekitar 7.041,46 Ha sawit masyarakat yang telah mendapatkan alokasi program PSR dari Ditjenbun Kementerian Pertanian dan Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (BPDPKS) Kementrian Keuangan, dengan total anggaran yang dialokasikan sebesar 185,9 Milyar rupiah lebih. Hingga saat ini realisasi fisik di lapangan telah lebih dari 66,12 %, dimana progres ini adalah sampai dengan bibit sawit tertanam. Berdasarkan pantauan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan, didapatkan informasi bahwa beberapa kelompok pekebun yang telah melaksanakan replanting tahap pertama, sudah mendapatkan hasil produksi sawit walaupun masih buah pasir, namun telah memperoleh manfaat ekonomis dari program tersebut.
Seperti disampaikan oleh Kepala Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan, Djoko Bawono, hasil pantauan di lapangan menunjukkan hasil diluar dugaan kami, kata Djoko yang didampingi Bambang Irawan Staf Perkebunan selaku Tim Verifikasi PSR Kabupaten Paser. Sebagai contoh di KUD Tani Subur Desa Rangan Timur Kecamatan Kuaro, hasil pantauan yang dilakukan, ada yang sudah memperoleh manfaat ekonomis hingga sebesar 1,5 juta rupiah per bulan/hektar dengan umur tanaman diatas 2,5 tahun dengan varietas BTN yang berasal dari penangkar bibit kelapa sawit oleh KUD Sawit Jaya Kecamatan Long Ikis, imbuhnya. Demikian juga hasil pantauan yang dilakukan di beberapa lokasi yang berbeda baik di Kecamatan Pasir Belengkong dan Kecamatan Long Ikis, program PSR menunjukkan pekembangan yang signifikan.
“Mudah-mudahan program PSR ini dapat juga dirasakan kelompok pekebun Swadaya yang jumlahnya di Kabupaten Paser luasannya mencapai ribuan hektar ” tambah Djoko. Selanjutnya diharapkan target dari Ditjenbun Kementerian Pertanian untuk Kabupaten Paser Tahun ini seluas 4000 ha dapat direalisasikan dalam rangka peremajaan tanaman kelapa sawit yang sudah masuk kategori dilakukan peremajaan/replanting. Selanjutnya kata Djoko, informasi aturan program replanting, masyarakat bisa mendapatkan informasi melalui Bidang Perkebunan pada Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Paser dengan alamat Kompleks Perkantoran Gentung Temiang, Jl.
